As of late, the Dumbworld blog has been silent. We’ve been smelling the flowers, figuring out the equation for prime numbers and washing our hair. It felt so nice, and the Dumbworld Blog feels like it has ran its course, so this will be our last post.
The Dumbworld Blog was started to promote Sacramento art, entertainment, media and (being the self promoting whores that we are) Dumbworld Productions. So after over two years of blogging and over 440 posts (and Dumbworld Productions on a hiatus), it just feels like it is time to hang it up.

This year we decided that we would hide out at home and celebrate National Dumbworld Day quietly, instead of braving the the long lines at bars and craziness that such a day usually causes. However you celebrated it, we hope that you had a good time, were safe and remember the real reason why we celebrate.
I found this in a box in the back of my closet. It is an underground classic. Me and Jay shot this in front of his mom’s house in North Highlands (Sacramento) with my Sony HandyCam. The elusive Blak Rik Rubin edited it. This video started it all. Funny stuff.
What would the holidays be without a Dumbworld Xmas album? Last years was a success, with listeners hearing it in two countries on two continents. If you see one laying in the street, pick it up and dust it off.
