This can’t be real, can it? What’s happening Mussolini?
Italy’s Berlusconi regime, already known around the world as an enemy of free speech and popular access to the tools of communication, has now floated a proposal to require Italians to get an “uploader’s license” in order to put any “moving pictures” on the Internet. via Boing Boing

I promise pot in every chicken and garbage in ever car. Vote now.

The other day, I had the opportunity to attend the ”soft launch” of Sac Metro Edge at the Lounge on 20 in downtown Sacramento– and I am excited for the development and networking opportunities that Sac Metro Edge looks like it should provide. Sac Metro Edge, is a program of the Sacramento Metro Chamber, and its mission is to attract and harness young leaders and professionals. The full launch is in September. Definitely worth getting involved in.
Sacramento, California: In honor of National Blog Posting Month I decided to come out from my banishment in the foothills and tell you about the non-event that is National Dumbworld Day. The first annual National Dumbworld Day is July 8th, 2009. 070809. Next year it might be a different day. It will be celebrated on multiple continents. This year will be small. See me about throwing an event in your town. I will wake up in the morning, go to the gym, then will spend the rest of the day celebrating quietly with family and friends.
Oh– and we have a name for our new Sacramento cable access show. Think Wayne’s World meets Adult Swim meets a low budget Entertainment Tonight. The name is Chinese Math. “Cuz it’s hard”
