It is the Sacramento International Film Festival 48 Hour Film contest time again.  Cast and Crew call March 12th. The contest runs from March 19-21.

Technically, not free, but Ron and Melinda Rucker are giving away their Sacramento, California ice cream and coffee shop to the person they think will be the most successful at running it.
 
All you have to do is write an essay of 100-300 words on “Why I want to own Here’s the Scoop!…” and send $150 to enter.  The deadline is Nov 30th, 2008.
