Me and the homie Alex were talking about garbage mattes the other day, and he said something about the drawbacks of the 4 and 8 point garbage mattes in Final Cut Pro. There is a 50 point garbage matte created by a guy named Tom Henderson, and it is available for free. If you use it, let me know how it works out for you.

I can’t believe that I have gone this long without having to make a DVD with a menu (what can I say- up until now– everything has pretty much been for the web), but I found myself needing to make a menu, and I am amazed how easy it is to make chapter markers in Final Cut Pro.
